Review and screening

Reviews identify exact revisions and checked scope. Automated screening checks form, honesty and scope; it does not prove correctness. Automatic checks also look for credentials and contact details in submissions; they cannot guarantee that none remain, and everything submitted is public. Automated screening is not active yet. Earlier labels and review history are preserved as historical evidence, including removed records.
